Hello, I'm Elina Kristiina
I have always been fascinated by life's big questions – and above all, by people. Why are we the way we are? What shapes our relationships, choices, desires, fears, and the direction of our growth?
My academic background is in Behavioural Sciences (M.A.), with a specialization in Interpersonal Communication. I wrote my Master's thesis on friends-with-benefits relationships, which later inspired me to deepen my studies in sexology, relationship counselling, and human connection. I spent years working in technology startups and was also involved in founding what is now the largest psychotherapy centre in Finland, where I maintained my own counselling practice.
Years of working with people and listening to their most intimate questions have reinforced one central theme: I want to help people understand themselves more deeply.
Believe it or not, one of the most profound tools I have found for understanding human beings is astrology. Astrology has helped me see the connections between personality, relationships, life direction, and recurring inner patterns in a way that has been both practical and deeply meaningful.
Through years of study and client work, I gradually developed my own approach, which I call Consciousness Astrology™. In this framework, the birth chart is viewed as a symbolic map of the psyche, consciousness, the nervous system, relationships, and life direction. The purpose is not to predict the future, but to help you better understand who you are, what you are growing toward, and how your unique potential can be expressed in your life.
My work brings together Consciousness Astrology™, sexual and relationship counselling, and Dolores Cannon's QHHT® hypnosis method. While these disciplines may appear different on the surface, they all share the same foundation: deeper self-understanding, inner alignment, life force and connection with your own inner wisdom.
I offer written astrology reports, personal astrology readings, synastry readings, sexual and relationship counselling, and QHHT® hypnosis sessions. Welcome to Your Appointment
You are warmly welcome to both online and in-person appointments.
Online sessions are held via Google Meet, so you can book a session from anywhere in the world. Sessions are available in both English and Finnish.
If you live nearby, you are warmly welcome to meet me in person at my office in Helsinki. Please note that hypnosis sessions are always held in person.
My office is easy to reach by public transport. If you arrive by car, there is a parking space reserved for you in front of the office, next to the red brick fence.
Find the gate to the garden with the peacock sign, step in, and you will easily find the right place.
After booking, you will receive a confirmation email with the details of your appointment. For online sessions, the Google Meet link will be included in the confirmation. For in-person sessions, you will receive arrival instructions by email.
You can pay at the time of booking by credit card or Apple Pay. You may also pay with MobilePay or cash when you arrive, or request an invoice by email.
You can cancel or reschedule your appointment free of charge up to 24 hours before the scheduled time. Cancellations made less than 24 hours before the appointment may be charged the full session fee. I understand that sudden illness or unexpected situations may happen — in these cases, please contact me as soon as possible so we can discuss the situation separately.
